Processing of users' personal data
Nihon Gakudou complies with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and collects and processes users' personal data in a fair and lawful manner that respects their rights.
Nihon Gakudou is responsible for the processing of personal data, which has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (‘CNIL’).
The purpose of the processing is to provide an optimised interface for users wishing to learn the Japanese language.
Nature of the data collected by Nihon Gakudou
The personal data collected is as follows:

Nihon Gakudou may also collect traffic data which is generated when the user's terminal is connected to the Internet and the site. - Access management: only system administrators have access to the databases and only content administrators have access to our back office
- Computer backup of all system data
Communication and transfer of users' personal data
Nihon Gakudou may send users who have agreed to this, emails to their email address to inform them of developments on the site or its activities or to provide them with technical or administrative information.
Nihon Gakudou may transmit users' personal data to partners and third parties for advertising purposes. Nihon Gakudou undertakes not to communicate, assign or transfer personal data to third parties (except in the context of its use of Google Analytics or its partners, including commercial partners) without the express consent of users, but may communicate such data if required to do so by law or at the request of a court or administrative authority.
Right to access, modify or delete personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Nihon Gakudou informs users of their right to access, modify, oppose the processing and request the deletion of their personal data collected and processed.
